About Us

This is a family owned business by myself and our two daughters; so you can see where the 2 came from. We have been a military family for the past 23+ years and continue to thoroughly enjoy the adventure. Military life is different and not easy to understand for people that are not in the military. However, we all feel the same; regardless if a military family or not, when someone is deployed, ill or deceased. I have been in several situations where I wish my husband/soldier was here for me and our girls; while being deployed to Iraq. Sometimes it is very difficult to get through, so I have created this new idea. With wearing my dog tag every day and a picture of my husband/soldier - I always have him Close 2 my Heart for guidance, strength, and love to fulfill each and every day. This year (2011) I will be adding two more dog tags as our daughters go off to college.
